Day 24 – An episode you wish never happened
So, I’ll be honest, it’s been a very long time since I’ve seen Skins (minus my favorite episodes 3.04 and 3.06). I’ve been more on a Glee kick, as well as Doctor Who. I haven’t even caught up on series 6 of Skins yet (that’s part of my summer plan).
But, thanks to the RophyDoes recaps, I remember the majority of the episodes and did a little catching up.
An episode I wish never happened would be episode 4.06 – JJ.
The thing about JJ’s episode is not that fact that it’s JJ (ugh, not a fan), but the fact that his episode did nothing to further the storyline for any character. It was about him, his new girlfriend, and her creepy baby.
I think the thing that made me most upset was we didn’t get a Naomi-centric episode in series 4.
Instead, we got JJ. And his pointlessness. And it sucked.
Honestly I don’t think I would have mind his episode if we had gotten a Naomi episode. But, alas, we didn’t. Therefore, I hate JJ’s series 4 episode and wish it never happened.
